Do you travel?
Yes we do! Coach Lain is a mobile coaching brand, and we do our best to go anywhere & everywhere we are needed! Contact us today if you’d like us to come to your gym or school!
How Much Do You Charge for Your Services?

Do You Do Private Lessons? If so, how much?
Yes I do! Of course, with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic being what it is, this is always subject to change. But yes, I’m booking in-person private lessons. To book your lesson, please visit https://coachla.in/privatelessons to view available dates and times.
To sign up for a virtual (remote) coaching session with Coach Lain, visit https://coachla.in/virtuallessons. Virtual lessons are great for drilling your technique, working on your mental performance, and helping you to STAY READY for when it’s time to return to the gym full-time.
